             Job Purpose  (State in one sentence the overall objective of the   job)     

VAT invoice issue for customers to support daily operations.  

 

             Major Accountabilities  (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved   )     

Issue and mail out VAT invoice for customers on a timely basis. 

• Ensure invoices could be reconciled with system sales and supporting/reconciliations of VAT invoices are properly documented and welling filling.

• Support renewal of VAT invoicing SOP and ensure the SOP is followed with proper escalation for exception cases

• Support IRIS project and invoicing software update

• Assist VAT and sales reconciliation in monthly closing.

   

                       Key Performance Indicators  (Indicate how performance will be measured:   indicators, activities…)      

Ensure VAT invoice issued accurately and in a time manner.

• Effectively communicate with other teams to ensure all invoice issued is aligned with tax policy.

• Ensure all invoice issues addressed by customers are solved on time. 

• Ensure proper documentation and filling of invoicing related tasks.

 

1-2 years’ experience in   accounting 

Good sense of   responsibility and process flow, detail-oriented   Good communication skill 

Past experience with SAP   preferred   Past experience in FMCG   preferred
